However, his transition to real estate came from an unexpected realization: while searching for a home in the Tampa Bay area, he called about 20 listings—and not a single agent returned his call. Kenny entered the real estate world determined to excel. After interviewing multiple brokerages, he found a mentor who emphasized the importance of listing properties rather than relying solely on buyers. Kenny and his family moved to Panama City in 2013, drawn by the area's natural beauty and lifestyle.
